Instructors and teachers of the Boehlig Defence System undergo a very strict training program and they are being constantly tested on character, fighting skills and technical skills, by Dai-Sifu Boehlig personally.

One thing the WTI instructors have in common is their love for Wing Tsjun and a passion to motivate others and to pass on to them what they have learnt.

Apart from Wing Tsjun specific aspects the instructor training also involves the following topics: first aid, anatomy, group didactics, pedagogy, marketing, advertising, tax law and law of self-defense, as well as self employment.
